if the application is down for any reason, we will get it back up as soon as possible - 24/7 uptime monitoring
we will be notified if the site is down and react before you send a support ticket - Errors monitoring
we will receive an automatic alert if error happens on the site, so we will investigate the cause, as it may be an early sign of database problems, system overload or hacking attempt - Security scans and blacklists monitoring
we will perform weekly security checkups to ensure your web application is not compromised and healthy – this includes both inside check of files and data and outside scan with blacklists monitoring - Up to 5 small tasks per month
